What languages does the AI agent support?
NewroHelp agents support English (North American and British), French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Hindi, Mandarin, and Japanese. The agent detects the caller's language automatically — no manual switching required.
Do I need any hardware or technical setup on my end?
No. You forward your existing business number to NewroHelp and our team handles the rest. There is no hardware to install and no technical work required on your side.
Can my agent handle both inbound and outbound calls?
Yes. NewroHelp agents can be configured for inbound call handling, outbound calling, or both — depending on your business needs and the plan you're on.
What happens when the agent can't answer something?
If a caller asks something outside the agent's configured knowledge, it will let the caller know and either transfer the call, take a message, or send you a notification — based on how your escalation rules are set up. You define what happens in those situations.
Can I customise what the agent says?
Not directly — all agent updates are handled by our team to ensure quality. If you need changes to your agent's scripts, responses, or behaviour, simply contact us and we'll update, retrain, and test your agent before any changes go live.
How does billing work if I go over my included minutes?
If you exceed your plan's included minutes, additional usage is billed at your plan's per-minute overage rate. You can monitor your usage in real time from your dashboard so there are no surprises at the end of the month.
Is my client data secure?
Yes. All infrastructure and AI service providers used by NewroHelp are contractually required to handle personal information in compliance with applicable privacy law. Your client data is never used to train external AI models.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What kind of support do I get?
Every NewroHelp client is assigned a dedicated account manager who provides ongoing support throughout your subscription. You can reach your account manager directly for any questions about your agent, billing, or account. Additionally, support tickets can be submitted at any time through the support section of your dashboard.
