With a robust background in Marketing and Sales, Alec has spent years identifying what makes businesses thrive and what makes customers click. However, his true passion lies in making technology work for people, not the other way around.
As the Chief Operating Officer at NewroHelp, Alec is driven by a singular desire: to help people navigate the AI revolution. He believes that the latest digital tools shouldn’t be reserved for tech giants — they should be accessible, intuitive, and life-changing for everyone.

Rony leads the technical vision and architecture at NewroHelp. An experienced software engineer, he holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) from Ryerson University.
Before NewroHelp, Rony built enterprise software at IBM, Amazon, and Dayforce. He brings this background in high-performance infrastructure to our clients, focusing on building stable, secure, and tightly integrated systems. His passion lies in engineering reliable technology that directly supports practical business objectives.
